Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

This policy explains what personal data Fieldwork Partnership collects when you visit this website, how it is used, and what your rights are. It is written in plain English.

Who we are

This website is operated by Fieldwork Partnership, a sole trader business run by Dave Reavill.

Website: https://fieldworkpartnership.co.uk

Email: dave@fieldworkpartnership.co.uk

Dave Reavill is the data controller for all personal data collected through this website. This means he is responsible for deciding how and why your data is used, and for keeping it safe.

What data we collect and why

Booking enquiries (TidyCal)

When you book a diagnostic call through this website, you are directed to TidyCal, a third-party booking service. TidyCal collects your name, email address, and any other information you provide when making a booking. This data is used solely to confirm and manage your appointment.

TidyCal’s privacy policy is available at: https://tidycal.com/privacy

Fieldwork Partnership receives the details you provide through TidyCal in order to prepare for and conduct your call. This information is not shared with any other third party and is not used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Email contact

If you contact us directly by email at dave@fieldworkpartnership.co.uk, we will receive your email address and any personal information you include in your message. This is used only to respond to your enquiry.

Website analytics

This website may collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site, including pages visited, time spent on the site, and general location (country or region). This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used only to understand how the site is performing.

Cookies

This website is built on WordPress. WordPress sets a small number of technical cookies in the background to ensure the site functions correctly. These are not used for tracking or advertising.

If you use the booking widget embedded in this site, TidyCal may set its own cookies to manage your booking session. These are covered by TidyCal’s privacy policy.

We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or any third-party tracking tools on this website.

Comments

This website does not have a public comments section. No comment data is collected.

Media and images

If you upload any images to this website (for example, as part of a future client portal), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website may be able to download and extract location data from any images published on the site.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content such as videos or booking widgets from third-party providers. Embedded content behaves as if you had visited that provider’s website directly. Those providers may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content. Their own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry and booking data is retained for as long as it is relevant to an active or potential client relationship. If no engagement follows within 12 months of initial contact, personal data from that enquiry will be deleted unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it (for example, an ongoing conversation).

Active client data is retained for a minimum of six years following the end of an engagement, in line with standard UK business record-keeping obligations.

You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Your rights below).
